Relax & Relax

Hello beautiful and welcome back to my blog! It's summer and it's important that you mellow out a little and enjoy the beautiful season. Sometimes stress or anxiety really makes us feel low and keep us away from all the good stuff. It's hard to relax and to have fun when we are stressed out or anxious, isn't it? I came up with a few things that might help you chill out and relax, so you can feel your best and have your best summer ever! Before I get into the exciting things I'd like to say thank you for your support! You've been all so kind and your lovely comments means a lot to me. Music is therapy. Listening to music when you’re feeling low or anxious can really help! You can create a playlist with your favorite songs, and listen whenever you feel like listening to it. Make sure the songs you’re adding to your playlist are songs that you really like, this way you will feel better when listening to them! 

Eat healthy and get moving more. Try taking care of your body by eating more fruits and vegetables instead of non-nutritious food. Find love in movement and move your body more. Be more outside and enjoy the beautiful weather, especially now when it’s summer!



Talk to someone or write  down. When you’re going through something it’s good to let it out, whether by talking with someone you trust or by writing about it down on a piece of paper or in your journal. When things don’t make sense putting it into words can really help you see what it’s bothering you. When you let it out you will eventually feel much better.

Inspiration. Create a collage of inspiration with all the photos that you love and inspires you. The point of this is to look at something positive and remind yourself of the things that makes you happy! You can add quotes, photos with your family/dear ones, your accomplishments and things that makes you happy, whatever will lighten up your mood!



Read books and watch movies. Sometimes when you’re stressed out it’s great to focus on other things. Reading an inspiring book, magazines, blogs or watching a good movie  will hopefully make you forget about what it’s bothering you by having your attention on something else.

Keep yourself busy. Another great that you can do it’s to do something that you love. When we do something that we enjoy doing we focus on the activity and our mind concentrates on the creativity or the fun we are having by doing something that doesn’t involve stress. 




Meditate. Some people might find meditation weird, but that’s only because they don’t know what it actually is. All you need to do it’s to find a quiet and comfortable place, close your eyes and relax. Relax your muscles and clear your mind, then focus on one thing, whether an object, your breathing, or you could even picture something in your mind. Make sure you take deep breaths all the time, this way you will relieve the stress from your body. The point of meditation is to stay focused on something and relax, by not letting any distractions or thoughts enter your mind. You can meditate for even only 10 minutes or longer.
