Lemon Water. I love starting my mornings in a good mood. A good thing to do that will help you start your day on a healthy way, and that is amazing for your body, is drinking lemon water in the morning. The benefits are many and you can read for yourself down below some of the many.. :
I squeeze half a lemon in a glass, then add not too cold, neither not too hot water and drink it. I normally drink it right before breakfast on an empty stomach. Drinking lemon water everyday has personally helped me burn the extra fat and I've seen progress on my body, especially on my abs. By only drinking and eating right and healthy, you can come a long way. As you know, 30% in the gym and 70% in the kitchen, abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym.
Healthy Breakfast. After the
lemon water, it’s important you take time to eat breakfast. Breakfast is the
most important meal of the day. Not only does it give you energy, but breakfast
is also linked to many health benefits, including improved performance and
weight control. I love eating mashed avocado on top of toast for breakfast. Avocado is both delicious and really good for the body, and has many benefits. It's good for the brain, the heart and the eyes. Avocado has the highest protein content of any fruit, botanically a berry! Avocado provides fiber, potassium, vitamin K, E and C, and many more other essential nutrients. Avocado is also high in healthy, plant-based fat that's cholesterol free!
Meal Preparations. Another thing that will help you eat healthy is meal preparations. Before you're going grocery shopping, I suggest you write down a list. I know it sounds a little grandma, but trust me it will really help you, not only to remember the things you need to buy, but it will also help you stay focused and only buy the things you know you really need buying. Make a list on a piece of paper or on your phone with the things that you need buying, and try add as many fruits and vegetables as you want. By doing this you will focus on your list and try getting only the things that are on your list.
Workout and workout log. It's important to workout and to get physical, but going to the gym it's not the only way. There are a lot of things that you can do in order to move your body. This is a great thing to do that will make you feel amazing, but also if you want to get in shape or stay fit! If you are not really into the gym thing, there are other things you can do! You can dance if you like dancing, you can walk your dog, or you can run. You can do yoga or meet up with your friends and play your favorite sport together. You can swim or find workouts on YouTube that you can do exactly in your living room. The possibilities are endless, so just do something that you love and enjoying doing and your body will love you for that.
An amazing thing that you can do is to keep an activity log or a workout log. You simply just write down the date and the activity you have done. By doing this you will keep yourself motivated, you will see your progress and form a habit. It takes 21 days to form a habit, so keep doing the good job you're doing and you will feel amazing this summer!

Have fun. Even if you are working and you are not going on holiday this summer, that doesn't mean you can't have fun. Do the things that you love, relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. This will make you feel good and happy. There are a lot of things that you can do, without even spending a lot of money. Just find something that you love doing and have fun! Another thing that I'm pretty sure will make you feel great is listening to good music. Music makes everything better, right? Try to think positive thoughts and make the most of each day, because we all know the feeling when the summer is over and everything we did was watching TV. It's nothing wrong with that, you can watch TV, but I wouldn't do that all day, everyday.
Go out and be in the sun, (don't forget to protect your skin.). Listen to music, and be happy! And don't forget that if you really want to feel your best this summer, then you have to choose to feel that. It's really up to you if you want that or not. Wake up everyday and choose to feel your best this summer, and you will. This is actually the best tip! X
